On October 21, 2025, Ambassador Jestas Abuok Nyamanga visited the Embassy of the Republic of Kenya in Brussels and signed the Book of Condolences following the death of the former Prime Minister of Kenya and prominent politician, the late Raila Amolo Odinga, who passed away in India on October 15, 2025.
Through the Embassy of Kenya, H.E. Ambassador Nyamanga conveyed condolences on behalf of the Government and the People of the United Republic of Tanzania to the Government and the People of the Republic of Kenya, wishing them strength and comfort during this difficult period of mourning for a leader who made significant contributions to Kenyan politics, the strengthening of the East African Community (EAC), and the advancement of democracy and development across the African continent.
